Total responsibility for all accounting functions, advertising programs, and the hiring and supervision of all resident managers and maintenance personnel. BANKING Accounting Officer and Lending. Responsibilities of Deputy Controller supervising all accounting functions including operating statements, government reports, income tax preparation through depreciation schedules. Initial employment was in extensive two year management training program involving all the major operating and lending functions leading to one year as an Installment Loan officer followed by two years as Accounting Officer.
